3. Warranty Regulations During the warranty period, products may be exchanged if the following conditions occur:

  • Damage occurs during normal use
  • The cause of the damage is determined to be a manufacturing defect or issue with the components.

4. Cases of Warranty Denial

  • If the damage appears after the warranty period from the date of purchase.
  • If order information cannot be provided
  • Damage caused by external factors such as fire, earthquakes, wind/water damage, salt, pollutants, or other disasters/impacts
  • Damage caused by falls, misuse, or rough handling
  • Damage caused by disassembly, modification, or incorrect repairs
  • Surface damage; damage due to improper handling; misuse by airlines or other transport companies
  • Damage caused by exposure to high temperatures, solvents, acids, water, rain, etc
  • Damage or loss of accessories, related costs such as opportunity costs
  • Wear and tear from normal use on parts like remote controls or fans
  • Surface damage resulting from standard use (wear, scratches, cuts, dents, dirt, discoloration)
  • MUJI reserves the right to assess and determine whether the product is defective
  • If you cannot visit the store due to distance or because the product was a gift, please contact customer service at 1900 255 579. This warranty policy is only valid in the country (Vietnam) where the item was purchased.

5. Warranty Procedure

  • Customers should contact MUJI's customer service center via the chat window on the website www.muji.com.vn or send an email to [email protected]. MUJI will inspect the product, and if it meets the conditions above, customers will be instructed to visit the nearest store to exchange the product
  • Customers must provide order information for online purchases and details of the product that requires warranty to the staff at the MUJI store
  • MUJI store representatives reserve the right to assess and determine the product's condition according to the above warranty regulations
  • If the product cannot be repaired, MUJI will replace it with a new product or schedule a pick-up date for the replacement product if it is not available in the store (maximum wait time of 7 days).
