I. EXCHANGE POLICY FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES
Merchandises purchased in-store can be exchanged at any physical MUJI store in Vietnam within 14 days from the purchase date shown on the purchase receipt.
However, please note that certain items are not eligible for exchange. These unexchangeable products include: Furniture, Food & Drinks, Innerwear & Pyjamas, Socks, Vouchers, Displaying Samples, and Embroidered/Altered items.
Exchange Conditions:
- Applies for products purchased from MUJI physical stores in Vietnam.
- Eligible for exchange within 14 days from the purchase date shown on the purchase receipt, at any physical MUJI store in Vietnam.
- The product must be new, clean, unused, unwashed, undamaged, accompanied by the attached price tag and product label, and accompanied by the original receipt.
- MUJI reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to make the final decision regarding any exchange based on the condition of the products.
- Only accept to exchange for products of equal or higher price (subject to payment of difference) than the initial purchase price. In case where the exchanged product has a lower price than the initial one, the different amount shall not be refunded.
- Discounts, vouchers or coupons applicable to the initial orders shall not be reused for the exchange.
- Each product is valid to exchange once.
II. RETURN & REFUND POLICY FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES
Return or refund requests for in-store purchases are not supported, except in cases of manufacturing defects or if the product was expired at the time of purchase. In such instances, the actual purchase price will be fully refunded using the relevant original payment method. Specifically:

Refund period: Within 30 days.
- Payment method: Bank transfer / ATM / Cash / QR Payment
Refund method: Customer’s Bank Account
Refund period: Within 30 days.
- Payment method: e-Wallet
Refund method: e-wallet
Refund period: Within 14 days.
Please note that the refund will not include delivery costs, promotions, discounts, or the value of any vouchers or coupons.
Tax invoice must be requested within the purchase day.
MUJI reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to make the final decision regarding any return & refund based on the condition of the products.
