All products purchased online from www.muji.com.vn can be returned within 14 days, except for electronics (fans, diffusers, lamps, electronic clocks), undergarments (underwear, sleepwear, socks), food (cakes, candies, drinks, canned goods, bottled foods), embroidered/hemmed items, and products with less than 3 months shelf life.
1. Conditions for Returns & Refunds
- The entire order must be returned; individual items cannot be returned separately.
- Customers must provide order details, bank transfer information, and photos/videos of the product's condition to the online customer service team.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs, damages during transit, and any additional fees if the product condition is not as initially shipped after inspection.
Upon receiving the complete order, MUJI will inspect the product condition: - If the returned items are in new condition, unused, unwashed, with intact packaging and labels, MUJI will process the refund within 14 business days from the date of receiving the order.
- If the returned items are not in new condition, have been used, have damaged packaging or missing/removed labels, MUJI will return the order to the customer within 14 business days and no refund will be processed.
- Promotional discounts: Any discount codes applied to the original order cannot be reused for exchanges or subsequent orders.
- Each order can only be exchanged once.

- To avoid confusion, refunds will not include shipping costs, promotional values, discounts, or the value of any vouchers or coupons.

3. Return Process
- Visit www.muji.com.vn website.
- Log in to your MUJI account.
- Find the order in the "My Orders" section.
- Select the order you wish to return. Click "Return Item".
- Provide a reason for the return along with images and videos showing the product's condition.
