1. Delivery Scope:
Nationwide delivery service to the address provided by customers, covering major cities and provinces.
Region 1: From Binh Đinh to Southern provinces.
Region 2: From Quang Ngai to Quang Binh.
Region 3: From Ha Tinh to Northern provinces.
Note: The cities of Ha Noi, Đa Nang, and Ho Chi Minh are not included in these regions.

3. Delivery Fees:
Delivery fees range from 30,000 VND to 99,000 VND depending on the order's weight and delivery area. Free shipping for orders valued at 999,000 VND or more. (Shipping fees may change according to carrier rates)
4. Delivery Process:
After completing an order, MUJI will confirm it via email or Zalo message.
The shipping partner will contact the customer directly to confirm the specific delivery time and location.
5. Product Inspection Policy Upon Delivery:
Customers can inspect the products with the delivery personnel before confirming receipt and making payment.
Customers should record a video of unboxing and send it to MUJI's online customer care. If the product is found damaged, incorrect, or missing, the customer may refuse to accept it. (Note: Customers are allowed to open the outer box but not the product packaging.)
6. Unsuccessful Delivery:
If the customer is unable to receive the package on the first and second attempts, the carrier will make a third delivery attempt. If the customer still cannot receive the package on the third attempt, the order will be returned to the warehouse. After 14 days, MUJI will proceed to refund the customer for prepaid orders via bank transfer or other payment methods.

Note: For goods damaged during the transportation process, whether shipped by the store itself or by a third-party carrier, muji.com.vn will take full responsibility for resolving the issue on behalf of the customer. Customers have the right to refuse the product and request an exchange or return according to the "Return and Refund" policy. Any additional issues that arise will be handled between muji.com.vn and the third-party delivery partner in accordance with the cooperation agreement between muji.com.vn and the third-party logistics provider.
