Products purchased from the website www.muji.com.vn can be exchanged at any physical MUJI retail store in Vietnam. The products eligible for exchange include: Outerwear (shirts, t-shirts, jackets, pants, shorts, skirts, dresses), backpacks, shoes, sandals, hats, duvet covers, mattress covers, and pillowcases. Products not listed above are not eligible for exchange.
Conditions for Exchange:
- Applicable only to products purchased from the website www.muji.com.vn in Vietnam
- Products can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of receiving the "Successful Delivery Confirmation" notice.
- Customers must bring the product to be exchanged to the store for the return process.
- Customers need to provide order information.
- If the price of the desired exchange product is higher, the customer must pay the difference. If the price is lower, the customer will not be refunded the difference.
- The exchange product must be new, clean, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and must have all original tags attached.
- The value of the exchanged product is calculated at the time of the return process at the store.
- Promotions: Discount codes applied to the original order cannot be reused for exchanges or subsequent orders.
- Each product is eligible for exchange only once.
